West Coast Pale Ale – 4.5%
A smooth, full flavoured pale ale. Packed with aromatic hops from the US where the rugged landscapes inspire you to run wild and live free. Made with Amarillo, Columbus, Mosaic and Azacca hops. Run Wild is bitter with a crisp smooth finish, a hint of grapefruit on the tongue and tropical aromas.
Hazy Session IPA – 4.0%
A laid back, session IPA to enjoy at an easy pace; perfect for those moments when time might really fly. Made with Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe hops, Time flies has a well balanced flavour; zesty and refreshing, yet slightly malty. Citrus forward on the nose, with a crispness that will leave you wanting more at the end of the glass.
American Pilsner – 4.4%
Open Road is an easy-drinking American Pilsner inspired by the long, sun-bleached highways and wide-open skies of the American West. Light golden in color with a clean malt backbone and a gentle touch of Saaz and Centennial hops for a smooth, refreshing finish. It’s balanced, approachable, and very drinkable
Mango Milkshake IPA – 5.7%
Punchy, juicy, and full flavoured. This mango milkshake IPA is packed with mango and hops and will leave you in a happy daze! Made with barley, oats, wheat and lactose for a full bodied experience; the mango flavour is paired perfectly with Mosaic hops in order to give you that tropical flavour and aroma.
American Stout – 5.4%
Star Gaze is smooth and comforting, it strikes a perfect balance between rich flavor and easy drinkability, inviting you to linger a little longer over every sip. Roasted malts deliver inviting notes of coffee and dark chocolate, complemented by a gentle, oaty sweetness that rounds out the body. The finish is soft and clean, with just enough roast to keep it grounded and satisfying without feeling heavy.

Session Blonde Ale – 4.3%
A light, refreshing session blonde brewed for effortless enjoyment; it’s easygoing and approachable, making it the perfect companion for long afternoons and unhurried conversations. Smooth, balanced, and highly drinkable, Daydream finishes light on the palate, inviting you back for another without weighing you down. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or simply letting your mind wander, Daydream is a beer made for moments when time slows and worries drift away.
Rye IPA – 6.0%
This beer is a bold yet balanced rye IPA: deeply flavorful and striking in character, it pours with a rich hue that hints at the intensity within. The addition of rye malt brings a distinctive tangy edge and subtle spice, layering complexity over a malty core. The result is a well-rounded beer; it’s lively and expressive without overwhelming the palate. Dragon’s Blood is crafted for those who appreciate depth, spice, and a confident hop bite in every sip.

Low Alcohol IPA – 1.2%
Developed in collaboration with the Dawnstalker Sea Swim Club. Keeping the alcohol content low while retaining as much flavour as possible allows you to enjoy a beer and still make it down to the shore at dawn! Made with Centennial and Mosaic hops, and Acidulated malt, the Dawnstalker has a refreshing citrus bite with tropical aromas.
